Shipping Policy

All orders include international standard shipping.

Delivery time:

Asia:  1 - 2 weeks

Australia:  2 - 3 weeks

Europe:  2 - 3 weeks

Russia: 2 - 3 weeks

USA: 2 - 3 weeks
North America, South America: 2 - 8 weeks

When we receive your order in our local time (GMT+7), we will post them on the next business day.

 

Section 2

Import tax of your order

 

In some countries, you will be charged for an import tax from your customs.

You will have to pay for your own import tax.

Exchange Conditions

  

You can inspect the product once you have received. All exchange orders must be new and unwashed. All tags and hygiene stickers must be at the same place, new and no damages.

 

3.1  Send it with your local post by standard shipping (MUST HAVE A TRACKING CODE) at your own cost (around 9 - 15 usd maximum).  Send it within 7 days after you receive.

3.2 Take a picture of the front parcel and send us with a tracking code via whatsapp or email.

3.3 We send an exchanged item to you right away at our own cost even the parcel has not arrived yet.

Refund Conditions

 

4.1  Send it with your local post by standard shipping (MUST HAVE A TRACKING CODE) at your own cost (around 9 - 15 usd)

4.2 Take a picture of the front parcel and send us with a tracking code via whatsapp or email.

4.3  Waiting time is 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive back to us. We will refund you right away if the items are not damaged. We will not refund you if the parcel is lost during delivery.

 

** Return it within 7 days after you receive the swimwear if you are not satisfied with your purchase and let us know.
